I hold a Master of Science in nutrition from Columbia University and am a Certified Professional Coach. I began my career teaching elementary school, where I valued having a positive impact on children. Driven by a passion for helping others, I built my career working in various roles within the helping professions, including over 10 years in mental health.
"Nourish to Flourish Parent Coaching" is grounded in both my professional background and my practical insights as a parent. In response to the growing concerns regarding childhood weight management and the increasing complexity of pediatric and family nutrition, I am dedicated to guiding families in cultivating healthy eating habits and positive mealtime experiences.
